My name is Catherine I'm a graduate from Loyalist College in ACCT/ACC3 Business Admin and Accounting Advanced Diploma in the late 70's and in the early 80's, I also graduated a Legal Admin program at Ontario Business College and in early 00's graduating head of the class in Health & Sciences in Hamilton. Being a military spouse for over 20 years, traveled and lived  here in Cold Lake on 2 occasions, along with Comox BC, Shearwater NS, Trenton and North Bay ON and Hamilton. Where I have worked in Accounting,  Managerial positions, Research and Development and Public Relations and Nursing.  Once my X-spouse retired from the military in 2002 we settled in Southern Ontario,  where I partnered in the purchase of a Graphic Integrated Sales Corporation, where I had been the CEO.  In 2007 I returned to my home town and owned and operated a Salon in which later I sold and  partnered with my sister Arlene in her Accounting Firm.  Where I had gained a wealth of knowledge in the transportation industry as Arlene, after owning an accounting firm in Picton On.,  decided to take a break from seeing numbers  to seeing wide open spaces and became a Class AZ driver, while using her experience in accounting, gained a wealth of knowledge into the transportation industry in taxes, benefits and regulations. Working along side Arlene I gained her knowledge working with clients in the transportation industry.  The company went on to outgrow 2 different locations and served clients coast to coast in transportation, and clients from every industry- restaurants, farming, construction etc.

In 2015 after remarrying in 2010 my husband and I decided to relocate to the Cold Lake area, as this is where all but one of my children resides with their families. Where I decided to carry on with our company in grand Cold Lake, opening the doors of T.A.W. in 2016. 

Arlene still being an integral part but resides back in Ontario.

Maya Saraya-4th year Accounting Technician Associate- Maternity Leave effective May 31 Congratulations

Maya graduated a 4 year Accounting program from Omar Al Mokhtar in Lebanon, where she also worked as an accountant technician. In 2019 Maya became a resident in Cold Lake and also graduated from Bredin College in Accounting and Payroll Adminstration. Maya is a welcome addition to T.A.W. Accounting family.

Francoise Desjardins-Administrator/Account Technician .

Francoise is Bilingual(French) and has the most bubbly personality and keeps the staff and clients smiling. Francoise has been with TAW for 4 years and is our bilingual translater during our busy tax season and keeps the office running smoothly and in spare time educating in bookkeeping.

Amber has returned from her maternity leave.. Amber has been with the Cold Lake office for 3 years and prior in the Ontario office.  Welcome back!

Anastasiia Pavelko- Tax Professional/Bookkeeper

Anastasiia is a welcome addition to TAW family. Originating from the Ukaraine where she obtained her education and worked as an Accountant. Anastasiia is learning all our Canadian Taxes. Anastasiia has her certificate in Canadian Taxation and is continuing to learn all our Canadian ways. Anastasiia joined the team in fall of 2023
